480 Platform Terms & Conditions
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 480 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of the services provided.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to amendment from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By registering an account or using any part of the 480 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 480 platform.
Use of this platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
- Not be a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction that prohibits the use of services of this nature;
- Not be on any exclusion or restriction list enforced by the 480 platform.
480 reserves the right to request proof of identity or supporting documents at any time for the purpose of verifying user eligibility. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended or terminated.
Account Creation and Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 480 platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.
During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, and current. Providing false or misleading information is a serious violation of these terms. 480 reserves the right to verify the information provided at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, including any unauthorised access resulting from your own negligence. Please contact 480's support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
Platform Usage Responsibilities and Rules
Users of the 480 platform agree to use this service solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. Any use intended for fraud, money laundering, system manipulation, or exploitation of technical vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
The following actions are prohibited on the 480 platform:
- Using automation software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to access or interact with the platform;
- Sharing your account, login credentials, or selling account access to any third party;
- Attempting to influence game outcomes through unauthorised or unfair means;
- Distributing content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes on the privacy rights of others;
- Using another person's identity or impersonating a representative of 480.
480 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, account closure, or reporting to the relevant authorities.
Payment & Transaction Information in MYR
All financial transactions on the 480 platform, including deposits and withdrawals, are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that your registered bank account or e-wallet details are accurate and belong to you.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are as stated in the payment section of the platform upon login. These limits are subject to change at 480's discretion with reasonable notice to users. Successfully processed deposits are final and non-reversible except under circumstances outlined in the platform's payment policy.
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated on the platform, depending on the selected payment method. 480 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits. Any taxes, banking fees, or other charges related to your transactions are your own responsibility.
In the event of any technical error in the payment system resulting in an inaccurate credit or debit, 480 reserves the right to correct the error once it has been investigated and confirmed, regardless of whether the balance has been used.
Liability Limitations and Account Closure Policy
The 480 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, 480 accepts no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service interruptions, data loss, or financial losses resulting from gameplay outcomes.
480 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:
- Breach of any terms outlined in this document;
- Confirmed fraud or illegal activity;
- Failure to meet identity verification requirements;
- Account closure requested by the user;
- Account inactivity exceeding the specified period.
If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, 480 reserves the right to forfeit any existing balance. If closure results from a user request or inactivity, any eligible balance will be returned in accordance with established procedures.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Amendments
All content, designs, software, trademarks, logos, and other materials on the 480 platform are the exclusive property of 480 or its licensed suppliers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of these materials without prior written permission from 480.
The 480 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes only. 480 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Visiting such websites is entirely at your own risk.
480 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via the platform or their registered email. Continued use of the platform after any amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through a mutually agreed dispute resolution method.
